Work Process

Wax Pattern Creation

A wax replica of the desired part is created using a metal mold. These patterns are highly detailed and serve as the blueprint for the final casting.

Assembly

Multiple wax patterns are attached to a central wax sprue, forming a tree-like structure. This allows multiple parts to be cast in a single batch.

Ceramic Shell Building

The entire wax assembly is repeatedly dipped in ceramic slurry and coated with fine sand. After several layers, a strong, heat-resistant shell is formed.

Wax Removal (Dewaxing)

Once the ceramic shell has hardened, the wax is melted and drained, leaving a hollow mold—hence the term "lost-wax" casting.

Shell Firing

The ceramic mold is heated to remove residual wax and strengthen the shell in preparation for casting.

Chemical Analysis & Metal Pouring

The small sample is taken from the molten metal and quickly solidified by means of quenching it in the water and then it is tested in spectrometer to know it’s chemical properties.

Shell Removal and Finishing

After cooling, the ceramic shell is broken away, and the cast parts are separated, cleaned, and finished through processes like grinding, machining.

Various Test

We offer various destructive and non-destructive tests like radiography test, magnetic particle test, IGC test, Liquid penetration test, ultra sonic test.
