Die Tools are manufactured using latest CAD/CAM facilities.
Wax is injected into the Die which creates wax pattern.
Wax pattern is 100% dimensionally checked.
Wax pattern are assembled on to a wax runner to form a tree of cluster.
The wax pattern after forming a tree of cluster undergoes the ceramic coating process. This process is done in temperature and humidity controlled room, so that best dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish is achieved.
After completing the coating process, the wax is removed by de-waxing using the Autoclave.
The Ceramic moulds are baked at temperature ranging from 900 to 1150 Degree Celsius depending on the geometry and size of the casting. The molten metal is then poured in the backed ceramic moulds.
The casting then undergoes fettling and finishing process such as Knockout, Gate Machining / grinding, Sand Blasting, Shot Blasting, Leaching, Deburring, etc.
Final Casting Inspection
All casting undergo 100% visual inspection.
All critical dimensions are 100% inspected before packing and shipment.
Value Added Service
Casting can be supplied in fully machined condition as per customer's requirement.
Casting can be supplied with various type of finishing such as passivation, acid pickling, Electro-polishing, Blackening, powder coating, shot blasted, Glass bead blasted.
